2 quarts
Ingredients
1 cup lemon juice, fresh
Zest of 1 lemon
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup honey
Salt
Water
Directions
Heat the sugar, honey, and 1 cup water over medium-high heat, whisking until dissolved and steaming.
Remove from the heat and add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
Steep the mixture for at least half an hour.
Strain into a pitcher and mix in 6-7 cups of cold water. Refrigerate until cool.
